Dr. Brittany May D.C.

NEW NEW NEW NEW

Dr. Brittany grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but don’t worry, Texas has officially won her over. She now lives in Mueller, where she has settled into Austin life quite nicely.

She graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science, then continued her education at Parker University in Dallas, Texas, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Master’s in Strength and Human Performance. Her background in both chiropractic and human performance gives her a unique perspective on how the body moves, adapts, and responds to physical demands.

During chiropractic school, Dr. Brittany was selected to intern at a respected maternal and pediatric chiropractic practice, where she had the honor of learning about women’s and pediatric health throughout motherhood, childhood, and beyond. Combined with her graduate education in strength and human performance, this experience shaped the way she approaches chiropractic care today. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, or an isolated injury, she considers how the entire person moves and what their body needs for long-term relief and resiliency.

Her approach combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and progressive exercise to address mobility limitations, musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and the physical demands of everyday life. Her goal is to help patients move better, build strength and capacity, and feel more confident in their bodies through care that extends beyond the treatment table.

Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Brittany enjoys thrifting, hunting for a really good matcha, and spending time outside. She lives in Mueller with her other half, Nick, and their two tuxedo cats, Freddy and Franky.

DR. B’s CURRENT GOALS — LEARN TO SKI 🎿

The current mission: trade the Texas heat for some actual mountains. With a few ski trips on the calendar, Dr. Brittany is tailoring her health and training to build the strength, stability, and endurance needed to spend a full day on the slopes without immediately questioning her life choices.
